& TELL A STORY

ABOUT THE LIGHTENING BOLT & THE MAST
 ON THE STEEPLE
SOME PEOPLE HAVE A HARD TIME
DESCRIBING SAILORS TO THE
UNDERNOURISHED.

THE DECKS ARE STARVING
TIME TO THROW THE CARGO OVER

NOW DOWN & THE HIGH SAILING
FLUTTERING OF SMILES ON THE AIR

THE MYSTICAL HORSE -SYMBOLICAL INTERPRETATION IN ANCIENT MYTHS, LEGENDS AND FOLKLORE

Synonymous with victory, speed and wisdom-the Horse accounts for the legendary mythical animal figure in esoteric symbolism as the fore-runner of establishing civilisation through manifestation of truth by its Messianic rider. Pale White horses since pre-historic records have been widely associated as the carrier of the Prophetic Lords or Apocalyptic saviours as the symbols of warning danger and the end of time as it demarcates the victorious triumph of the Messianic Rider over existing forces re-establishing a new world order heralding the beginning of a new age in time.

Historical Berkshire, overlooks the pre-historic Uffington White Horse hill dating back 3200 years its formation extending around the early iron age or the late bronze age. Represents a Celtic artistic symbol formed over a trenches filled with crushed white chalk during the Anglo-saxon reign. Its indeed one of the oldest rare historical depiction of the Horse symbol stylized in accordance to Celtic Occult beliefs and practices.

VENERATION OF HORSES IN INDO -EUROPEAN TRADITIONS

Regarded as the Sacred mythical animal by Herodotus in his records during Archaemenid court of Xerxes the Great (486-465 B.C.). The legendary mythological horse figures of Sleipnid, Odin's eight-legged horse figure is believed as the ancestor of  mythic horse Grani, the carrier of Heroic Sigurd in Norse mythology. Pegasus, the winged divine stallion of wisdom sired by the SeaLord Poseidon, was captured by the Greek hero Bellerophon. Svantovit, the Slavic god of war and fertility possessed the oracular white horse  prophesizing future.
In Celtic Mabinogion legends, Rhiannon a pale white horse is related to Romano-Celtic Goddess Epona.

CHRISTIANITY
The book of revelation claims the Second coming of Christ on a white horse along with the four apocalyptic horsemen as mentioned in the New Testament. Saint George, the head of horsemen is also depicted riding a white horse.
             


HINDUISM AND VEDIC MYTHOLOGY

According to Hinduism, Hayagriva Narayana or the horse-headed incarnation of Vishnu as the symbol of knowledge and wisdom imparting Godhead is depicted adorned in white garments seated on a white lotus.

AVESTAN BELIEFS AND ZOROASTRIANISM

The Avestan deity Tishtrya comprises of the trinity forces of a White stallion a male deity and a bull is believed as a hypostasis of  the Sirius system takes form during the last ten days of the month according to the Zoroastrian calendar undertaking a cosmological battle for bringing rain.
